Tyre Department Operative

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy tyre wholesale and retail business. Hammond Tyres supply tyres to our trade customers around a large part of East Anglia and fit tyres for the public at our fitting centre in Halesworth.

We are dedicated to offering the best customer service possible. As a Tyre Department Operative, the successful applicant would be involved in all aspects of the business with a strong emphasis on our trade operation, telephone sales, stock control, goods inwards, picking tyres for delivery and tyre fitting when required.

The successful applicant will be ambitious, highly self-motivated, have a confident and friendly approach, be organised and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Applicants must have a good standard of education, have strong IT skills and hold a full driving licence. Previous experience in the tyre industry is preferred.
