Assistant Manager
We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Dereham, Norfolk operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transport industry and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
The role includes coordinating customer requirements such as MOT bookings, schedule planning, and the servicing and repair of HGV semi‑trailers. Responsibilities also include managing technician workloads, providing technical support, and completing administrative tasks, including raising job cards, invoicing, and monitoring productivity and clocking times. The role also involves liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Experience in the HGV/semi‑trailer sector and parts ordering processes is advantageous. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with strong numeracy skills, is essential. Experience with dealer management systems is an advantage.
