Hello,

 

So today we had the thing that most car drivers dread... when the car doesn't start when you push the button! But, when we rang Green Flag, we had the good fortune of being on the receiving end of fabulous customer service when they assigned your company and in particular, Jamie. He was with us well before the anticipated arrival time and was just so lovely and tried everything to get us on our way but couldn't so he then safely towed us to our local garage.

 

The service provided was excellent, thank you. Please could you pass on our sincere thanks to Jamie for his assistance today, it really was greatly appreciated.
