Yesterday Paul from A W and D Hammond Ltd came to assist me at BP, Copdock, A12, as my vehicle had incurred a puncture.   As there were no recovery vehicles available, after taking the trouble to phone around to find a new tyre, he took me to Ipswich to get a tyre fitted to the wheel.  I was extremely impressed with Paul's helpfulness and friendliness.  I cannot praise him highly enough.
