AW & D Hammond wins prestigious Ford Motor Company award
At AW & D Hammond Ford we are very pleased to have been awarded the 2014 Ford Chairman’s Award.
The award is only given to the top 40 Ford Dealers in the country to recognise dealers who provide outstanding customer service. The measurement score is generated by customers and Ford conducts extensive research to assess how customers feel about the quality of attention they receive from their dealers.
The award was presented to Paul Marjoram (Dealer Principal) at a prestigious London location by Jim Farley, the Chairman and CEO for Ford of Europe, EVP & President Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Paul Marjoram quoted ‘There are a number of qualification criteria’s to be an award winner, however, the main one is to deliver outstanding customer service which is at the heart of the Hammonds culture, when any customer visits our dealership we want them to be confident they will receive the highest levels of customer care, this award is a great accolade to all the hard work and effort that all the staff put in ’’
