Trainee Tyre Department Operative

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a busy tyre wholesale and retail business in Halesworth. Hammond Tyres supply tyres to trade customers around a large part of East Anglia and fit tyres for the public and main dealer workshops at our fitting centre in Halesworth.

We are dedicated to offering the best possible customer service as shown by our 4.9-Star Google rating. The successful applicant would eventually be involved in all aspects of the business. Initial training will be aimed at the retail and tyre fitting aspects progressing towards our trade operation, telephone sales, stock control, goods inwards, and picking tyres for delivery. To be considered for the post, you would need to be ambitious, highly self-motivated, have a confident and friendly approach, be organised and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good standard of education. Strong IT skills would be an advantage.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30
• Potential Saturday mornings on a rota basis
