I was kept updated when ever John had any information regarding the progress of the manufacture of my car.
I have had a issue with the satnav since buying the car, which although being back to 2 different garages ,cannot seem to be corrected.
I was particularly impressed by the way they handled a tricky supply problem. We were always informed and made to feel we were Hammond's number one customer!.
This is the first Nissan I have owned, I am very pleased with it, also the assistance I received from Hammonds Garage, the salesman Connor Walker helped me in every way with the purchase, so everything with the purchase went very well, Thank you again.
As my wife was so kind as to go halves on the cost I thought it only fair that I treat her to a new mop & bucket to keep it clean. (See Pics).

This delays getting the car and causes extra costs for insurance!
I was also disappointed that the windscreen washers did not work properly apart from having no water in! I thought the car would have been through the workshop but I'm not so sure.....this issue was resolved when I took the car back

Yes I would buy from them again.
I wasn't too pleased that I was left several times during my appointment..and I ran an awful lot six or seven times. The young man was asked by another to attend to a another customer...I thought I was the customer with the pre-booked appointment. I was then passed on to another salesman.. I felt a bit like a parcel being left then thrown about! So that could have been better. I didn't feel I was important..even disabled people have dignity and deserve respect.

Was a little annoyed when told the car was a clean car with no marks to then find once valeted and ready to pick up there were quite a lot of stone chips and marks in the paintwork.! Could've reduced price slightly due to this.
Would recommend and use again.

I was really impressed with my experience at Hammonds. The salesman was very helpfull and not at all pushy. I felt that we were treated very well and made to feel very welcome.

Could have been excellent. But the model was advertised on Motor.co.uk as doing on average
8 mpg more and tank total mileage was about 75 more.
The staff are so helpful that a trip to the garage feels more like a visit to meet friends. I have mainly dealt with Ben Hudson and he has managed every situation I have presented him with a smile and I look forward to continuing this relationship with Hammonds and Ben.
They covered everything in great detail and were always on the other end of the phone if I had any queries.
I test drove two vehicles before making a decision.
Little or no room for negotiation on price but I am happy with the outcome. Personal Number plate arranged, fitted and Supagard Treatment carried out to an excellent finish, Very pleased with the outcome. I will return to Hammond for Servicing and future cars.

We had a minor issue which has now been resolved by Hammonds, so happy with the follow up service we received.
Overall we are very happy with the Ford Kuga that we bought and would highly recommend Hammond Ford.

Dear Paul, I feel that I must write a testimonial letter to thank both you and James Coe for the excellent level of customer service that you have afforded me during the last 3 months. In April I advised you that I was going to change my car within 6 months as the old Ford I was driving had 173k on the clock, my motor insurance renewal was at the end of October and the next MOT due in November.
We discussed the guidelines, bearing in mind that one of the requirements was to ensure my elderly relatives (87 year old mum and mother-in-law at 84) needed easy access to both the back and front seats. I regularly travel around 30k miles per annum and wanted something that would easily last another 3 years and more. Finally, I gave Paul a price challenge by restricting him to a specific figure.
Within minutes he came up with the perfect solution and all he needed to do was source an appropriate vehicle within the timescale. To ensure that I was happy with the make and model he was recommending, Paul promptly brought a Ford BMax to one of our weekly meetings to see if I liked it. I am very pleased to confirm that I picked up the nearly-new car on 15th July, having been for a test drive with James 10 days before on Sunday 5th July. Paul sourced the car from outside his normal catchment area to ensure that he exceeded my expectations.

A small hiccup with the cars heating system was dealt with in a very swift and timely manner by the service staff.

The only slight niggle that I have is that I did ask for the torneau cover to be cleaned top side and underneath as it was badly stained and unfortunately it was not, but this does not deter from the excellent service I had. KEEP IT UP !

When you looked at Titanium Olive, on another X-Trail prior to ordering the vehicle, we naturally assumed that it was your choice of colour.
We were still of the understanding that you were happy when you took delivery.
It was not until we received your email a few days later, that we realised your concerns.
As you can appreciate it is now difficult to change the colour.
We are sorry that you find yourself with this dilemma; however we will continue to try and think of a way to resolve this situation.

I understand that the delays with your vehicle arriving from the manufacturer, combined with the long lead time for the hardtop was a cause of great frustration for you.
