Hammond Nissan tops table for customer service

Hammond Nissan has been named the best Nissan franchise in the UK for delivering excellent customer service. Hammonds Nissan achieved the carmarker’s Customer Quality award for its performance out of more than 200 other Nissan dealers, according to the latest quarterly results. Dealer Principal Piers Capleton said: “We’re delighted our strong performance is being highlighted. To achieve this award requires a highly-skilled and committed team of employees which we have in abundance at Hammonds Nissan. Many of our staff have been here for 15-20 years, so as well as having a wealth of experience, they also get to know our customers extremely well.”

It continues to be a successful 12 months for Hammond Nissan. Earlier this year we were  presented with two Nissan Customer Quality Awards for our performance over continuous quarters.
