I am writing to congratulate the Hammond Group on the excellent service it has provided me over many years.
My first involvement with Hammonds was the purchase of a diesel Nissan Vannette and I was so impressed with this vehicle I eventually had a fleet of eight.
Along the way I purchased two diesel Nissan Bluebirds as salesman's cars and these also gave excellent service.
Recently I bought a Nissan Pathfinder which is the third 4 wheel drive Hammonds have supplied, and I have been very pleased with this vehicle.
At all times I have found the staff at the Hammond Group to be courteous and helpful and I have had no hesitation recommending your company to others.

A short letter to compliment your company for the excellent customer service I received. I recently had my Subaru serviced, and, for the first time, in a dealership, the car was washed for me! I was also offered a courtesy car, but chose instead to test drive a Ford Kuga. So I have had two experiences at your dealership.
For customer service and efficiency Simon particularly excelled, Lyn was helpful and thoughtfully made me a cup of coffee.
Duncan at Ford was possibly the nest car salesman I have encountered. He wasn't at all pushy or patronising. His attitude was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the car very well, not stating the obvious, which was appreciated.
These staff deserve recognition.
I would be happy to recommend Hammonds to anyone.

SH and JB who operate the recovery truck, were marvellous, professional, caring and non-patronising. (As a hard-of-hearing OAP the non-patronising bit was particularly appreciated!) SH particularly made everything as easy as possible, so a special Thank You to him.
It is, and always has been, nice dealing with you all. Your Front of House staff are outstanding and the general atmosphere is one of pleasant efficiency, and the feeling that you all support each other. I reckon you must be a pretty good Managing Director!

I didn't know Hammonds of Halesworth until I needed some spare parts for ny Nissan vehicle. The courteous manner and clear attention to detail that was shown by MR of your parts department was second to none, and the information provided enabled a speedy resolve of the issue. Since that time, I have also purchased parts through SM, who again ‘went the extra mile' to source the items requested.
Those two occasions speak volumes to me, and it is that level of service that will ensure I keep my business with Hammonds - albeit recently of such a minor nature.

We have recently returned home after completing a 2,000 mile journey towing our caravan from Norfolk to Scotland. The X-Trail performed beyond our expectations. It was a joy to drive either solo or hitched to our caravan.
