A few weeks ago you answered some questions about your industry, which helped me a lot with my school project. I would like to thank you for your participance in this, it was extremely helpful. The DVD was very useful, it has a lot of information relevant to the subject which we were studying. We got our project back the other day from being marked. I got level 5b and 2 merits. I think the highest possible level was 5a. I am very pleased with the outcome of this and know that it wouldn't have been possible without your help. So I would just like to thank you very much!

A short letter to compliment your company for the excellent customer service I received. I recently had my Subaru serviced, and, for the first time, in a dealership, the car was washed for me! I was also offered a courtesy car, but chose instead to test drive a Ford Kuga. So I have had two experiences at your dealership.
For customer service and efficiency Simon particularly excelled, Lyn was helpful and thoughtfully made me a cup of coffee.
Duncan at Ford was possibly the nest car salesman I have encountered. He wasn't at all pushy or patronising. His attitude was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the car very well, not stating the obvious, which was appreciated.
These staff deserve recognition.
I would be happy to recommend Hammonds to anyone.

I am writing to ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to the two members of your staff who provided very welcome help this morning.
I stopped to refuel in Halesworth when travelling between home and Stratford St Andrew and found that I was unable to open the petrol cap on my Honda Civic. With less than a quarter of a tank I realised I would be unable to complete my intended journey. I called into your showroom/garage to ask for help. I was greeted very courteously by the receptionist: she listened to me and immediately went to see if an engineer was available to help. An extremely efficient member of staff opened the petrol cap and gave me sound advice about the problem.
I was very impressed with the efficiency and help provided. Thank you very much for this.

I am writing to thank you and your entire team at Hammonds Ford for the work carried out on a car which was brought to you by Hammond Recovery on Saturday with a water leak problem. The car belonged to a very good friend who was visiting for the weekend but broke down on the way from Surrey. I am writing on behalf of the very many Halesworth residents who have remarked very positively on your recent initiative to improve the general aspect of Halesworth, as viewed from Station Road. Our members have, over the years, been concerned about the embankment, its weed and its impression of ugliness and neglect.
