On December 30th 2007 I broke down at Southwold and I thought it was about time I wrote to you to compliment the two members of your staff who helped us out, via the AA service that is. I did not get their names but the service they provided us with was absolutely first class.

I am writing to express my appreciation of the help I was given by members of your staff on Monday 24th September after I had discovered that I had a flat tyre when parked in the pay-and-display car park just off the Thoroughfare in Halesworth.
I immediately contacted Britannia (my "rescue" company) and within ten minutes a very courteous member of your staff arrived, removed the offending wheel, replaced it with the spare and gave me directions to your garage so that a new tyre could be fitted. I have to add that it was pouring with rain at the time.
Once I arrived at Hammond tyres, I was greeted by a very polite member of your staff who dealt with the problem without delay and was exceedingly helpful about the replacement tyre I should have. In next to no time we were on our way, having had the problem dealt with in less than an hour form discovery of the flat tyre.
In my opinion, I received exceptional service form your garage and feel it is appropriate to pass my gratitude on to you and the staff concerned.

I just had to write and tell you how lucky you are to have such wonderful breakdown drivers working for your company. Especially the two I was lucky enough to meet.
I just think you are so fortunate having these two lovely gents working for you, and hope you realise they are both such a credit to your company.
